Preparing your hospital-employed physician network for the next evolution of healthcare will be crucial. While employment grows, how do I align with physicians who still want to maintain their independence? Is compensation appropriately tied to production and how do you prepare for quality metrics? How do your expenses affect compensation plans? These questions and more will be addressed during this timely session. Multiple alignment strategies that will interest your medical staff will be reviewed. In addition, you'll review compensation planning, including productivity vs. non-productivity incentives, and discuss revenue cycle management and reimbursement concerns. You will not want to miss this comprehensive program!
By listening to this practical 90-minute session, you will be able to answer the following questions:
- Should you employ or consider other alignment models including PSA's?
- How will ACOs impact your organization going forward?
