advantage for medical practices.
This presentation is designed to help you understand, and more importantly, implement an online social media strategy for your medical practice. Dr. Neil Baum, the guru of medical practice marketing and the author of the classic book, Marketing Your Clinical Practice, Ethically, Effectively, Economically, (now it its 4th Edition) will cover the basics of social medial marketing, often referred to as " "Web 2.0." " The discussion will describe how to get started in social media using blogging, Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter. Dr. Baum will speak to you, the medical practice executive, in a manner that you'll understand in the context of your medical practice. Social media is no longer a passing " "fad." " There are marketing metrics that can be measured and trends that can be tracked.
Dr. Baum will also provide examples of measuring the success of this new marketing technique to attract and interact with existing and potential patients. If you have already embarked on this new marketing adventure, this program will be a great way to gauge your effectiveness compared to other practices who are already, " "doing it." "
